Employer Ease Insurance Administrators
Association Plans
Employer Ease Insurance Administrators provides services for two associations’ group insurance programs; The San Diego Convention and Visitor’s Bureau and The San Diego County Apartment Association. Employer Ease Insurance Administrators assists member companies with monthly billing, enrollments and terminations.
In order to be eligible for one of these programs, a company must have two or more full-time employees (unrelated by marriage), be a member of the respective association, as well as contribute a minimum of 50% of the employee premium for all eligible employees. Furthermore, the group must have a minimum participation of 75% in order to qualify for the plan.
A member company can join the plan at any time during the year, with coverage effective on the 1st of the month. All plans renew on September 1st each year, with those rates guaranteed through August 31st of the following year.
Employer Ease Insurance Administrators and Successful Solutions, LLC are the exclusive administrator and broker for both association plans, which feature proprietary insurance programs through both Sharp Health Plan and Safeguard.
